What is SNOWDAY?

SNOWDAY is an indoor immersive holiday experience conceptualized by the creative teams at Motus and Bayer Brothers, based in Dallas. Guests navigate their way through an imaginative wonderland of festive photo ops, enchanted rooms, interactive spaces, and nostalgic moments. Expect an encounter with our famous elf, Tinsel McJingles the Third, and pose for the photo booths integrated throughout the exhibit.

 

Where do I buy tickets?   Can I buy tickets at the door?

We recommend purchasing tickets online ahead of time on our ticketing page. To allow for a safe experience, tickets are limited to a quantity of 12 per 15 min timeslot. If there are no more tickets for a certain time slot, that means the time slot is sold out. You can also purchase tickets in person if they are not sold out.

 

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes one-time access to our incredible SNOWDAY exhibit, awesome photo ops, and an adventure like you’ve never experienced.  Photos from our six integrated cameras are delivered digitally to your phone for free!  You also get the opportunity to shop our gift shop for photo prints and exclusive merchandise. 

 

How long does it take to go through the SNOWDAY exhibit?

We’ve designed the experience to be about 45 minutes.  To facilitate physical distancing and accommodate as many people as safely possible, we’re asking groups to limit their time at each photo opportunity to between 3 and 5 minutes (don’t worry there’s 10+ of these).

Can I take photos?

Absolutely!  We are incredibly excited about all of the uniquely different photos that you will take at SNOWDAY!  Explore and take as many photos as you would like.  We also have six integrated photo booths with professional cameras and lighting to capture carefully-curated moments that you can share digitally for free, or print in our gift shop. 

 

How are you keeping guests safe from COVID-19?

Keeping our guests safe is our top priority. With our new COVID-19 safety strategies, we aim to ensure your safety and peace-of-mind as you enjoy SNOWDAY without compromising fun. This means high-frequency cleanings, face mask requirements, entirely touchless photobooths, and a space twice as big as last year that’s designed to allow distance between each group of guests.  For more information on our response to COVID-19, visit our full safety page here.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are $22 for adults and $8 for children ages 4-12. Children 3 and under get in free.  We also offer discounted tickets for seniors, active military, and first responders.  See our ticketing page for detailed ticketing information.

 

How do I receive my tickets?

Tickets are delivered via mobile, print-at-home, or will-call with matching ID.

 

How early should I arrive?

We ask that you please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time.

 

Can we return or exchange tickets?

Except in cases where illness or exposure to COVID-19 prevents a guest from attending, all sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable. However, if you wish to change from your chosen timeslot, you can exchange your tickets for another timeslot, pending availability. To do so, please contact us at fun@snowdaydallas.com

 

Where is SNOWDAY located?

We are located inside The Galleria Dallas, at the NE corner of Interstate 635 and the Dallas Tollway.  We’re on Level 1 (Ground Level) right next door to Sephora and right behind Santa!

Where do I park?

Free parking is available in surface lots and parking garages at the Galleria.  Please allow a little extra time for parking during busy holiday hours.

 

Are there restrooms at SNOWDAY?

There are restrooms available nearby within the Galleria.  There are no restrooms available inside the SNOWDAY exhibit.

 

Is SNOWDAY wheelchair accessible?

All of our exhibit’s installations meet ADA standards, and are accessible via wheelchair.

 

Can I bring my stroller in?

Due to the expanded square footage of SNOWDAY this year, we are pleased to accommodate strollers this year. We simply ask you keep strollers with your group.

 

What age is SNOWDAY appropriate for?

SNOWDAY is appropriate for all ages. Children ages three and under enjoy free admission!

Can I bring my dog?

The Galleria's general pet policy is that small dogs that are carried in their owners arms or bag are allowed.  Wednesday nights 12/2, 12/9 and 12/16  from 6-9pm the Galleria is hosting pet nights for photos with Santa and SNOWDAY will be welcoming all well behaved pets those nights as well!

 

Can you recommend a good place to eat or grab a drink nearby?

Yes, The Galleria Dallas offers great and diverse dining options!  

What are your operating hours?

Do you host private events or host corporate events?

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash.
